can i bring my own paint?
No, for player safety, all of our events are Event Field paint only. You must purchase it from the shop at the event or from our online ordering system.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
can we have a campfire?
Yes! We even supply free firewood for the event until it runs out.
can i get a refund if i don't make the event?
No, once you are registered, it is non-refundable like many other event tickets i.e. concerts, ballgames, etc. Please don't register unless you know you are coming for sure. We will allow you to transfer your registration to another player for the same event if you contact us 24 hr in advance.
what if the weather is bad?
The event will go on regardless of weather. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, it's game on! If there is lightning, we will pause the game until it has passed for player safety.
can i bring my pets?
No, unfortunately, our insurance prohibits pets in the campgrounds.
is there an atm onsite?
There is not an ATM onsite, but there is one in Greenfield which is only 8 miles away.
is there food onsite?
Yes! There will be concessions for the event. The Food Shack is separate from the shop and only takes cash, so be sure to plan ahead.
Are nerf rockets allowed?
No, we no longer allow nerf rockets.
Are first strike rounds allowed?
No, First Strike Rounds are not allowed.
Can i bring my own paintball tank (vehicle)?
We no longer allow outside tanks.
Do sword kills count?
Yes! Absolutely! It's a pirate game, sword kills and barrel taps do count as eliminations.
NOTE: Your registration is like a concert ticket. Once you've paid it's nonrefundable. If you don't show up to the event you are forfeiting it. You can transfer it to another player before the event. It is not transferrable to future events. Paint must be purchased from PaintballToGo for each event. Each event is field event paint only. No outside paint or smoke is allowed. Once paint leaves our property it is considered outside paint. We have no control over how it would be stored or taken care of. We get fresh paint in for each event. We cannot have people bringing in old paint that may have been improperly stored and/or be old. If you do not attend the event you have 30 days to pick up any paint or other merchandise you purchased with your registration.
